Talent Guardian are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for Packing Operatives for our valued client based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Job role:

*Pack products safely and securely according to company procedures
*Check items for damage or defects before packing
*Ensure correct quantities and product types are packed for each order
*Label packages accurately for dispatch
*Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area
*Follow health and safety procedures at all times
*Work as part of a team to meet daily packing targets and deadlines
*Assist with general warehouse duties when required, such as sorting or moving stock
*Report any issues with products, packaging, or equipment to the supervisor

Skills required:

*Physically able to stand for long periods and handle light to moderate lifting
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Good teamwork and communication skills
*Ability to follow instructions and procedures
*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
*Basic understanding of health and safety in a warehouse environment
Additional information:
*£12.21 per hour + Holiday accrual
*Monday to Friday - No weekends!
*Free onsite parking
