The Opportunity
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and well-regarded Wills, Trusts & Estates team. This is an excellent chance to take on a varied caseload, work directly with clients and develop strong local relationships within a friendly, supportive practice.
Key Responsibilities
*Drafting Wills tailored to individual client needs
*Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Administering Probate and Estates from start to finish
*Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and Trusts
*Maintaining excellent client care and building long-term relationships
*Contributing to business development and the growth of the Private Client department
Candidate Profile
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in private client law (relevant training seat experience considered for NQ candidates)
*A genuine interest in Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration
*Strong communication and organisational skills with a focus on client care, especially for elderly and vulnerable clients
*Ability to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team
