Key Responsibilities *Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
*Title check freehold matters independently and assist on leasehold cases
*Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, keeping them informed at every stage
*Use advanced legal technology to streamline processes and enhance client experience
*Collaborate with legal, design, and software development teams to refine internal systems
*Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact clients
About You *Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal in residential conveyancing
*Confident handling freehold title checks with minimal supervision
*Strong communication skills with a client-first approach
*Tech-savvy and open to working with innovative digital tools
*A team player with a problem-solving mindset and an eye for process improvement
