Job Description:

EMERGE Recycling is seeking a Customer Services Co-ordinator to deliver excellent customer care, manage key accounts, support operational scheduling, and help grow our recycling and wood reuse services. You’ll act as the main point of contact for customers, ensure smooth service delivery, maintain accurate records, resolve day-to-day issues, and support our commercial development.
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has strong customer service and admin experience
*Communicates clearly and professionally
*Is highly organised with great attention to detail
*Can build positive relationships at all levels
*Is IT-confident (especially MS Office)
*Thrives in a busy, purpose-driven environment

This opportunity is for 22.5 hours per week and the salary quoted is for these hours.
It is based onsite, and cannot be done remotely.
