Job Description:
Temporary Business Support Administrator
Start Date: asap
Duration: ongoing
Location: Ascot
Immediate opportunity for a professional Business Support Administrator with finance experience to join a busy and friendly team on a temporary basis. If you are confident with data entry, finance administration and business support tasks and have experience using Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central we would love to hear from you.
This role will support the business support and finance functions, helping to ensure smooth day to day operations during a busy period.
Key Responsibilities*Accurate data entry including posting invoices, sales orders, payments and purchase orders
*Assisting with sales order deliveries through third party logistics companies (liaising with warehouse and logistics providers with guidance)
*Handling general business support calls and emails
*Making outbound calls when required (e.g. payment queries or account follow-ups)
*Supporting finance tasks including preparing and sending monthly statements and raising manual purchase orders
*Chasing proof of delivery documentation
*Providing general administrative support, including document management and filing (digital and physical)
*Reception cover when required
Skills & Experience Required*Previous experience within a finance department
*Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central
*Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills
*Confident communication skills with the ability to handle calls and emails professionally
*High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
