Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Rotherham for an experienced HGV Trailer Fitter to join their team on a part-time, temporary basis. This is an urgent requirement, with an immediate start available. For the right candidate, there is a strong possibility the role could become permanent.

Job Title: Part-Time HGV Trailer Fitter

Key Responsibilities
*Carrying out inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGV trailers

*Diagnosing mechanical and structural faults

*Performing routine maintenance and safety checks

*Working on braking systems, suspensions, axles, and trailer components

*Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety and compliance standards

*Maintaining accurate records of work carried out

Key Requirements
*Previous experience working as an HGV Trailer Fitter, HGV Technician, or similar role

*Strong mechanical knowledge of trailers and associated systems

*Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

*A proactive and reliable approach to work

*Ability to work independently within a workshop environment

*Part-time hours (flexible depending on candidate availability)
