Schools in Haywards Heath
Minimum 3 days per week
We are currently looking for Class Support Assistants / Supply Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Haywards Heath.
This role is ideal for individuals who are studying education-related courses and want to gain valuable classroom experience while working flexibly.
The RoleAs a Class Support Assistant, you will:
*Support the teacher in the classroom
*Work with small groups of students or provide 1:1 support
*Help create a positive learning environment
*Assist with classroom activities and behaviour support
Requirements*Available to work at least 3 days per week
*Interest in working with children and young people
*Currently studying or completed an education-related qualification such as:
*CACHE Level 2
*CACHE Level 3
*NCFE - Supporting Teaching and Learning
*Other education or childcare courses
What We’re Looking For*Reliable and enthusiastic individuals
*Strong communication skills
*A passion for supporting students in their learning
*Previous school or childcare experience is beneficial but not essential
Location Various primary and secondary schools in Haywards Heath
