History Teacher
Start Date: After the Easter Holidays
Contract: Full-time until July 2026
Pay:£150 – £250 per day
Potential for Permanent Role from September 2026
REED Education are proud to be working with a well-regarded secondary school in Cambridge who are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable History Teacher to join their team after the Easter break.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated educator looking to make an impact within a supportive school environment. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring History lessons across KS3 and KS4, contributing to a high-achieving Humanities department.
The Role:
*Full-time teaching position from April until the end of July
*Teach History across KS3–KS4
*Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons
*Work collaboratively with the Humanities faculty
*Potential for a permanent contract from September 2026
What We’re Looking For:
*QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
*Strong subject knowledge and passion for History
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
