Day-to-day of the role:

*Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to foster their academic and personal growth.
*Develop and enhance the science curriculum with innovative teaching techniques.
*Maintain a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes student curiosity and learning.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate science projects and school-wide initiatives.
*Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents about student progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
*Proven experience as a Science Teacher with a strong track record of student development.
*Thorough knowledge of the current science curriculum and modern educational techniques.
*Excellent organizational and communication skills.
*Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities and backgrounds.
