Robertson Bell are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Procurement Officer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible end-to-end procurement activities, including:
*Managing procurement processes and competitions in line with public sector regulations (PCR 2023)
*Utilising e-sourcing tools and various frameworks
*Drafting and negotiating contract terms
*Conducting supplier performance evaluations and implementing corrective measures
*Maintaining accurate procurement documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
*Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, ideally in the public sector
*Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and best practices
*Proficiency in using e-sourcing portals and procurement software
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*The ability to work independently and prioritise a varied workload
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the offices two days per week.
