Corporate Development Executive– FTSE Global business
We are now working with a leading FTSE business, who are looking to recruit a Corporate Development Executive into their London team.
This role will focus on M&A, strategy, business analysis and growth opportunities for the business globally.
Day to day you will..
*Analyse potential acquisitions, investments and disposals
*Prepare financial models
*Analysis business performance in the context of wider strategic opportunities
*Work on competitor analysis
*Prepare investment proposals and company and market analysis
*Screen and evaluate M&A opportunities
They are interested in meeting people with a background as follows:
*Corporate development professionals from other firms
*Big Four lead advisory or transaction services professionals/ ACAs
*Highly numerate with strong Excel skills
*Excellent analytical skills – ability to understand data and see the "bigger picture"
*Relevant financial modelling, Presentation and M&A process experience
