Salary: £34,000–£38,000
Shifts: 2- or 3-shift rotational pattern

What You Will Do*Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of production operators to consistently achieve daily targets.
*Oversee a variety of production processes, including machine operation and assembly.
*Ensure the highest levels of quality assurance, delivering products that meet stringent standards.
*Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, workflow, and team performance.
*Maintain a safe working environment, upholding all health & safety regulations.
*Provide clear guidance, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a proactive and collaborative culture.
