Your new role
You’ll design and maintain reusable UI components, patterns, and Figma libraries while supporting design token development. You’ll work closely with designers and engineers to ensure the system meets product needs and is implemented consistently. You’ll help teams adopt the design system through guidance and documentation, maintain high standards of quality and accessibility, and explore how AI can improve design workflows and system scalability.
What you’ll need to succeed
*8+ years in UX/Product Design, with 3+ years specialising in enterprise design systems.
*Deep Figma expertise: component architecture, scalable libraries, multi-theme systems, design tokens.
*Strong knowledge of WCAG and inclusive design practices.
*Experience partnering with engineering teams to implement systems at scale.
*Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
*A portfolio demonstrating design system strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
*Bonus: experience in financial services or other complex enterprise domains.
*Bonus: track record of driving design system adoption across large organisations.
