United Utilities delivers essential water services to homes and businesses across the Northwest and are looking for people-focused, organised individuals to join their team as a Case Owner.
About The Role
In this role, you’ll manage a caseload of non-household metering cases from start to finish. You’ll schedule and coordinate meter installation and exchange jobs, update market systems to ensure data accuracy, and liaise with customers, retailers, and internal teams to resolve queries. You’ll also monitor progress, provide regular updates and take ownership from start to finish to give a smooth customer journey and support process improvements while ensuring compliance with market codes and SLAs.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Manage a personal caseload of non-household metering cases, taking ownership from creation through to completion.
*Schedule and coordinate meter installation and exchange jobs, ensuring timely delivery and accurate updates.
*Liaise with retailers, customers, and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain a smooth customer journey.
*Update and monitor market operating systems (e.g., CMOS), correcting exceptions and ensuring data integrity.
*Provide regular progress updates and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication.
*Support process improvements and compliance activities, including documentation, testing, and adherence to market codes and SLAs.
What We’re Looking For
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and with customers.
*Proven experience working with market data systems (e.g., CMOS) and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
*Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*High attention to detail and problem-solving ability, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
*Customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering quality service and driving continuous improvement.
What You Need to Know
*Hourly Rate- £ 15.58 PAYE, paid weekly one week in arrears
*Location: Lingley Mere Business Park, Great Sankey, Warrington, WA5 3LP (on site full-time)
*Start date: 07/04/2026
*Assignment type: 12 Temporary Contract through Reed Talent Solutions, as United Utilities trusted recruitment partner.

*Monday- Friday, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
