Skills / experience
*You will be an experienced Business Analyst with Insurance and / or Pensions experience (Defined Benefit pensions preferable).
*Demonstrated capability in process analysis, business requirements gathering, and writing detailed user stories.
*Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps
*Develop as-is and to-be process models, user stories, and functional specifications. Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
*Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and requirement walkthroughs.
*Support UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
