Specialist schools across London are urgently seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs.

Role Details
*Position:SEN Teaching Assistant
*Location:Various Specialist Schools across London
*Start Date:ASAP, Full-time and Part Time Available.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
*Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
*Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and structured learning strategies
*Work alongside teachers to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons
*Support interventions in literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills
*Use strategies such as visual timetables, PECS, and sensory regulation techniques
*Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement
*Monitor pupil progress and contribute to tracking EHCP outcomes
*Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
