Job Description:
As a Carer, you will provide high-quality support to individuals who require assistance with daily living. This may include elderly residents in care homes or clients living in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Assisting clients with personal care (washing, dressing, grooming)
• Supporting with mobility and transferring
• Helping with medication reminders
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Ensuring a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
Skills & Requirements
We’re looking for carers who are:
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Experienced in care home or domiciliary care settings
• Good communicators with a caring approach
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
• Flexible with shifts where required
Preferred:
• Previous care experience
• Relevant care qualifications (NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care)
• Right to work in the UK
