FLT Counterbalance Driver – Lodge FarmLocation: Lodge Farm
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour
Shifts: 6:00pm – 3:00am or 8:00pm – 5:00am
Working Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7
Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and friendly team based at Lodge Farm. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, and reliability are key.
Key Responsibilities*Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
*Loading and unloading vehicles and moving stock around the warehouse
*Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Following all site health & safety procedures
Requirements*Valid Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
*Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
*Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rota basis (any 5 out of 7 days)
*Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
