Job Description:
We are seeking a B2B Sales Exec. This role focuses on sourcing, pitching, and closing B2B partnerships with SMEs that regularly face small-claim-type disputes. You will help build the sales pipeline, deliver demos, and support the commercial strategy while working closely with the founding team.

Description
*Research and identify SME and mid-market businesses with recurring dispute or litigation exposure.
*Build and maintain a high-quality, multi-industry B2B sales pipeline.
*Support and deliver tailored product demos and commercial proposals.
*Collaborate with product and operations to refine the B2B offering and onboarding workflow.
*Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
*Track KPIs and maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot or similar).
*Provide regular revenue and pipeline reporting to the founders.
Profile
A successful B2B Sales Exec should have:
*0-2 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
*Strong interest in SaaS, legal-tech, or high-growth startup environments.
*Results-driven mindset with eagerness to build commercial skills.
*Willingness to learn negotiation skills and manage commercial conversations end-to-end.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
*Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
*Analytical mindset with understanding of pricing models, ROI, and unit economics.
*Familiarity with outbound campaigns (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email).
Job Offer
*Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
*8% uncapped commission on net revenue generated from clients you close.
