We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a vibrant team in Manchester. This exciting locum opportunity starts in March for an initial period of 3 months. The role offers an attractive hourly pay range between £250 and £400, available through both umbrella and PAYE pay options. What you will do:

- Provide a comprehensive range of Quantity Surveying services on complex projects, encompassing both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract services.
- Employ best practices in project and programme management, cost control, and construction procurement to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations through effective resource management and service delivery.
- Plan workloads strategically to achieve targets, while adjusting resources to meet project deadlines.
- Foster positive working relationships with customers and colleagues to meet project objectives in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and maintain financial targets and performance by utilising resources efficiently for each commission.
- Ensure that all commissions are completed accurately, meeting quality, time, and cost requirements.
- Uphold high standards of customer care and professionalism through effective communication.

About You:

Your background in Project and Programme Management will be pivotal in achieving specific project goals within set timeframes. You must have a Quantity Surveying qualification at graduate level and relevant experience within a multi-disciplined professional design organisation. Your expertise will be key in navigating and leading complex projects in a thriving environment.
