Position

The Group Operations Associate role ensures smooth daily operations and supports both Operations and Revenue Operations. The role focuses on process efficiency, cross-department coordination, and executive support for the CRO and COO. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


As the Group Operations Associate for the Alderley Edge and Wembley offices you will:


Operational Excellence
*Lead and optimize day-to-day operational workflows across departments
*Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
*Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and best practices
*Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and industry standards


Data & Performance Management
*Track, analyze, and report on key operational KPIs
*Build dashboards and performance reports for leadership visibility
*Use data insights to drive decision-making and resource allocation
*Monitor SLAs and service delivery performance


Cross-Functional Collaboration
*Partner with IT, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams
*Support system implementations and operational rollouts
*Lead or contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives


Project & Systems Management
*Support automation and systems optimization initiatives
*Assist with CRM, ERP, or internal tools management
*Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation projects


Administrative Duties of Executive Support
*Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings
*Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
*Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
*Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
*Screen communications and manage executive correspondence
RequirementsEssential:


*1-3 years of experience in Operations, administration, logistics or a related role
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace


Desirable:


*Experience in a fast-paced, global, or tech-driven environment preferred
*Experience in extracting and manipulating large data files
*Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to negotiate, influence and generate confidence, trust and respect
*Awareness of industry’s main competitors
*Demonstrates experience of working with vendor programmes
