*Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels including social media and job boards - LinkedIn and referrals
*Maintaining accurate CRM records.
*Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
*Coordinate and conduct interviews.
*Communicate effectively with candidates.
*Support employer branding initiatives via social media management.
*Assist in developing recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
*Contribute to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
