A well-established and growing engineering manufacturer in East Kent is looking to recruit multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Operatives to support continued growth within its production team.
This opportunity will suit candidates with experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly who are confident working to technical instructions and take pride in producing high-quality, accurate builds.


Key Responsibilities
* Assembly of mechanical and electro-mechanical components
* Working from engineering drawings and written work instructions
* Use of hand and bench tools, including torque-controlled equipment
* Building sub-assemblies and final assemblies to required standards
* Maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and instructions
* Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
* Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
