Business Analyst - Change Enablement (SC Cleared)
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our clients Change Enablement function. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with programme teams and business stakeholders to analyse, define and document change requirements that drive strategic outcomes. You will bring expertise in business change and analytical thinking to identify pain points, highlight business benefits, and support prioritisation of activities and approaches.
This role sits at the heart of operational excellence-strengthening how we work, improving employee experiences, and enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
*Work in partnership with programme teams and business stakeholders to understand, analyse and document clear, actionable change requirements.
*Apply business change techniques to identify pain points, assess business benefits and support prioritisation of initiatives.
*Lead analysis that drives operational excellence, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements that align with organisational strategy.
*Collaborate across departments to deliver data-driven insights and process enhancements.
*Produce high-quality documentation to support understanding, decision-making and successful delivery of change.
*Act as a role model for Business Analysis and Business Change professionalism within the division.
*Coach, mentor and develop junior Business Analysts, contributing to the growth of the capability.
*Support the continuous improvement of the Change Enablement function, helping to shape standards, tools and best practice.
What You’ll Bring
*Strong experience as a Business Analyst working on complex change programmes.
*Deep understanding of business change practices, including process analysis, benefits identification and stakeholder engagement.
*Ability to apply a structured approach to capturing and refining requirements.
*Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to see both the detail and the bigger picture.
*Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
*A collaborative mindset and the ability to work confidently across multiple teams and disciplines.
*Experience coaching or mentoring others and supporting capability growth is highly desirable.
*Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a demanding workload.
