Adecco are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support patients throughout their treatment journey. This opportunity is perfect for someone who prides themselves on delivering excellent service in a patient-focused environment.


Duties:*Handling scripted inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
*Managing referrals and assisting patients in booking eye operations
*Completing patient pre-assessment checks
*Conducting follow-up assessments to support aftercare
*Data entry, ensuring accurate and timely updates
*Handling confidential patient information in line with data protection guidelines
Requirements:*Excellent telephone manner
*Strong patience and empathy when speaking with patients
*Confident and clear communication skills
*Computer literate and comfortable navigating multiple systems
*Ability to follow scripts and processes accurately
*Reliable, organised, with high attention to detail
*Ability to work with confidential data responsibly and securely
Additional InformationLocation: Bolton (15-minute walk from Bolton Train Station)
Start Date: 16th March
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8 hours per day between 8am-6pm, 30-minute lunch break
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Duration: Approx. 2-month assignment, with potential to extend
