Job Description:
Collins Property Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established independent Estate Agency brand based in Shepherd’s Bush.
Operating successfully in the local area for many years, this highly respected agency has built a strong reputation through delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised Property Manager to manage a stable portfolio while also supporting tenancy accounts within a supportive and professional team.
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while assisting with tenancy accounts administration. The position requires strong organisational skills and a solid understanding of lettings legislation, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
*Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
*Coordinating maintenance and repairs with approved contractors.
*Conducting regular property inspections and reporting findings.
*Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and safety regulations.
*Managing deposit returns and negotiating end-of-tenancy matters.
*Monitoring rent payments and assisting with tenancy accounts administration.
*Liaising with the accounts team regarding arrears and tenant balances.
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administration is up to date.
Key Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management (essential).
*Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance.
*Experience or exposure to tenancy accounts/rent administration.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*Ability to manage a busy portfolio efficiently and independently.
*Professional and customer-focused approach.
