Job Description:
Manufacturing Assembly Operator
Minimum 12 weeks with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Monday -Friday, 8:30 - 17:00.
Main Responsibilities
The role involves assembly and manufacturing tasks, including:
*Fitting cables
*Handling PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies)
*ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) experience is helpful
*Fastening screws and glands using torque drivers
*Packing finished products
*Maintaining production records
*Using basic computer systems for documentation
Required Skills / Experience
*Has experience working in a manufacturing environment
*Shows excellent attention to detail
*Can follow detailed written and verbal instructions
*Has strong record-keeping skills
*Is comfortable using basic PC software
*Understands the importance of quality and compliance
