Job Description:
Responsibilities
*Support senior team on multi-jurisdiction healthcare transactions from evaluation to close
*Build and maintain financial models and feasibility studies for greenfield hospital projects
*Prepare investment materials, assist with term sheets and shareholder agreement processes
*Coordinate due diligence across legal, commercial and regulatory workstreams
*Liaise with law firms, advisors and local equity partners to progress documentation
*Maintain disciplined project management, tracking actions, timelines and dependencies
*Contribute to capital raising with detailed analysis, data rooms and investor materials
*Prepare board and partner materials; manage regular reporting deliverables
*Travel for extended periods in-country to support negotiations and implementation
*Work with operations on business plans, performance tracking and target setting
Requirements
*4–7 years in investment banking or 4–5 years at a top-tier strategy consultancy
*Healthcare exposure strongly preferred (provider/hospital, pharma or healthcare coverage)
*Advanced financial modelling, valuation and feasibility analysis skills
*Experience of complex, multi-party and cross-border transactions
*Familiarity with legal documentation and shareholder agreements
*Willing and able to relocate to Dubai; extensive travel across emerging markets
*Comfortable operating in a lean team without large support infrastructure
*Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
*Cultural adaptability and resilience; builds relationships across diverse stakeholders
