Assistant Store Manager
This position places you at the centre of a high-performing, multi-million-pound retail store, where you’ll play a key role in driving results while supporting, coaching, and empowering a diverse team.
Your days will be varied and fast-moving. You may be overseeing stock deliveries, managing orders, or resolving customer enquiries, while on others, you’ll focus on leading people, guiding performance, supporting development, and coordinating holiday schedules. You’ll also contribute to the wider goals of boosting sales, delivering outstanding customer service, controlling costs, and maintaining a smooth, efficient operation. With this experience, you’ll be ready to take charge whenever the Manager is not on site.
