Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team. You will support customers in identifying and purchasing products, as well as sourcing items externally when required. This position focuses on selling, purchasing, and coordinating logistics to drive company growth and maximise revenue.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
*Process sales orders and purchase orders through the company’s operational system.
*Book and manage transport as required.
*Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery, collection schedules, and stock availability.
*Manage stock levels where necessary.
*Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
*Manage ongoing sales activity and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
*Accurately describe product features and benefits.
*Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in sales.
*Strong understanding of sales principles.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Confident, proactive, and able to build rapport quickly.
*Competent in basic administration with proficiency in software such as Word and Excel.
*Ability to work independently and remain self-driven.
