We’re Looking for a Brilliant Teaching Assistant

If you are passionate, proactive, and ready to make a real difference, you could be the perfect fit for our team. This is a rewarding, hands-on role supporting learners with diverse needs in a caring, person-centred environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Supporting students in both classroom and vocational workshop settings
*Helping deliver engaging, tailored learning plans
*Providing one-to-one and small-group support
*Encouraging learners’ confidence, independence, and engagement
*Working collaboratively with teachers and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience with SEND or SEMH learners (desirable but not essential)
*A warm, patient, and resilient approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A commitment to safeguarding
*Relevant qualifications — or a willingness to train and develop
