Job Description:
Logistics Administrator - long term temp
Do you have Logistics or Transport Administration experience?
Are you available immediately for a long term temporary assignment with a fast growing company in Ingatestone, Essex?
If so, my client is seeking a new member of their expanding team, supporting the Logistic Manager with full admin support including:
* Schedule and coordinating deliveries and transport
* Prepare delivery notes, invoices, paperwork, and transport documents.
*Track deliveries and update systems with delivery status
*Update databases with order details, stock movements, and delivery information.
*Keep records for audits and compliance.
*Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams, transport companies, and customers.
*Resolve delivery issues or delays.
*Process orders and dispatch requests.
*Check stock availability and update inventory systems.
*General administration
*Extensive liaison with Customers
