Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Cleaner to join the team at a residential building in North London.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
Location: North London
*Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the building at all times.
*To inspect and clean all internal communal areas including windows and surfaces, ledges doors and skirtings.
*General cleaning duties of communal areas (subject but not limited to: gym area, lifts, communal landings, corridors and stairwells.
*Vacuum and mop the floors of communal areas.
*Empty, clean and replace bins and pick up any litter.
*Manage bin stores and oversee collections.
