Job Description:

Looking to work for a corporate, global business, yet work locally? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative HR team within a fast-paced organisation, based in Hertfordshire.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner and supporting a wider HR team of 8 professionals, this role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 500 employees.
This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of HR activities, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their HR career in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinating and administering employee lifecycle activities including internal moves, changes to working patterns, family leave and other employee changes
*Managing and co-ordinating the onboarding and offboarding process
*Supporting and preparing induction programmes for new employees
*Assisting with HR reporting and metrics, providing data and insights to support decisions
*Administering employee recognition programmes
*Coordinating health, lifestyle and wellbeing services including occupational health, health checks and wellbeing initiatives
*First point of contact for HR-related queries alongside the HR Apprentice
*Providing general HR administration and support to the wider HR team
About You:
*Previous HR experience or a Business/HR-related qualification
*Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
*Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
*Strong IT skills, particularly Excel (including pivots, VLOOKUP and data management)
*CIPD qualification or currently working towards
*Previous experience within an HR or administrative role
