Revenue Manager London (Hybrid working)
About the RoleWe are looking for a Revenue Manager to join a growing finance team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end revenue process, including invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable controls, and financial reporting.
You will produce management accounts, board reporting, and lender reporting, while providing insight into revenue performance and supporting key financial decisions across the business.
Key Responsibilities*Manage invoicing, credit notes, and accounts receivable processes.
*Own monthly revenue recognition, including deferred revenue, accrued revenue, and WIP adjustments.
*Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow reporting.
*Produce board reporting and lender compliance reporting, including KPI analysis.
*Maintain balance sheet reconciliations for revenue-related accounts.
*Partner with operational teams to improve visibility on revenue performance and cash collection.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting where required.
About You*Experience in revenue accounting and managing month-end close.
*Experience preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
*Strong experience with balance sheet reconciliations.
*Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
*Comfortable working with non-finance stakeholders and explaining financial insights clearly.
*Experience with ERP systems (Xero preferred).
Qualifications:
Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
