Location: Esher
Hybrid working:1-2 days in the office, 3-4 days working from home

The organisation runs services across England aimed at helping individuals change harmful behaviours and rebuild their lives.
This role will primarily focus on employee relations casework, supporting managers across the organisation while ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently. It is a hands-on role suited to someone confident in providing first-line HR support and partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver pragmatic and consistent HR advice.
*Provide HR advice to stakeholders, ensuring the consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
*Manage a range of employee relations cases, including sickness absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and appeals.
*Provide oversight and support across recruitment and resourcing, including reviewing job specifications, assisting with interviews, and supporting onboarding processes.
*Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely provision of information.
*Ensure HR advice and practices remain compliant with UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Identify potential HR risks and provide coaching and guidance to line managers on people management issues.
*Support wider HR initiatives such as employee engagement surveys, salary review processes, and policy updates.
What we are looking for:
*CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
*Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policies.
*Experience working in a large, diverse, and fast-paced organisation.
*Strong written communication skills, particularly for formal HR documentation.
*Excellent organisational and case management skills.
*Confidence in influencing and advising managers at all levels.
