What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Technical Support Engineer
*Creating and interpreting schematic diagrams to support product build and repair
*Diagnosing and repairing electronic faults down to component level across returned and in-production items
*Building bespoke electronic assemblies using documented wiring diagrams and processes
*Testing products to ensure correct functionality, radio connections and performance standards
*Supporting product development and redesign activities, including investigation of emerging technologies
*Providing clear technical support to internal teams and visiting customers
What you’ll bring to the table as a Technical Support Engineer
*Previous experience working within an electronics engineering environment
*Ideally experience with, audio knowledge of amplifiers, op amps and general audio circuitry.
*Proven ability to fault-find, read schematics and work at component level
*Strong soldering capability and hands-on PCB rework experience
*Practical use of test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and signal generators
*Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, KiCAD and Microsoft Office 365 (training available where needed)
