Location: Kent (DA13)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator to support our Managing Director in the day-to-day running of a key account. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow their skills within a supportive small team.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
*Assist in the coordination and organisation of activities related to a key client account.
*Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
*Monitor and respond to internal and external enquiries in a professional manner.
*Support with scheduling, diary management, and meeting preparation.
*Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
*Contribute to the smooth running of the team by supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements
*A strong willingness to learn and develop.
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to change.
*Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
*Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
*Ability to work effectively within a small, close-knit team.
