Cleaner – Wolverhampton College
Location: Wolverhampton
Contract: Various – Full-time / Part-time / Ongoing

The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with Wolverhampton College to recruit enthusiastic and committed Cleaner to join their growing support team.
The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping learners access their studies, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes within a welcoming and inclusive college environment. Responsibilities include:
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support across a range of curriculum areas
• Supporting learners with additional needs, including SEND, EHCPs, and learning barriers
• Assisting lecturers with classroom activities, differentiation, and inclusive learning strategies
• Encouraging learner engagement, independence, and progress
• Helping to maintain a safe, positive, and supportive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams to promote learner success
What We’re Looking For We welcome applications from:
• Experienced Learning Support Assistants or Learning Mentors
• Individuals with backgrounds in education, youth work, care, or support roles
• Candidates seeking full-time or part-time opportunities at City of Wolverhampton College
Essential / desirable (role dependent):
• Experience supporting young people or adults in an educational or support setting
• Understanding of SEND, learning barriers, and inclusive support approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with learners
• A patient, adaptable, and learner-focused approach
• Relevant qualifications in learning support, education, or care (desirable)
• Experience working in Further Education (desirable)
• An enhanced DBS check — essential for this role
