Job Description:
Kenneth Brian Associates are working exclusively with a large Financial Services business based in the heart of Croydon in their search for an interim Finance Manager for a period of upto 12 months.

*Manage the preparation of accurate financial reports and statements.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Manage a small team of 3
*Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights to senior management.
*Supervise and support the accounting team in daily operations.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA or QBE.
*Extensive experience in accounting and finance within the charity industry.
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial systems and software.
*Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
