Ground Maintenance Operative Most of our work is regular garden maintenance for our established client base. We also take on soft landscaping projects, such as planting, turfing and bespoke timber work. Opportunities to get involved with hard landscaping projects are also available throughout the year. You’ll work both alongside the business owner and independently once trained and trusted. Work is steady, varied and year-round.
This role includes: Ground Maintenance Operative
*General garden maintenance tasks (mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, weeding)
*Soft landscaping projects (turfing, planting, timber work, fencing)
*Using tools and machinery safely and competently
*Working independently on agreed jobs
About you: Ground Maintenance Operative
*A full clean UK driving license is essential
*Proven experience in garden maintenance
*Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions
*You should be able to use your initiative and complete work to a high standard
*Good plant and horticultural knowledge
*Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
