Marketing & Communications Manager / Senior Marketing Executive
Salary: Up to £35,000-£40,000
Location: Central London
Contract: Full-time, permanent

About the Role
As Marketing & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the school’s values, achievements, and vibrant day-to-day life. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a cohesive marketing strategy that enhances visibility, strengthens reputation, and supports pupil recruitment.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys building authentic relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and execute marketing initiatives that support admissions and enhance the school’s profile
*Manage digital marketing activity across social media, website, email, SEO/PPC, and paid advertising
*Produce compelling content, including photography, video, newsletters, and promotional materials
*Maintain brand consistency across all communications and platforms
*Capture school life through attending events such as productions, open days, sports days, and assemblies
*Analyse performance metrics to inform future campaigns
*Manage marketing budgets and work with external agencies where needed
*Build relationships with local partners, businesses, and community groups
*Support the organisation and promotion of key school events
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Warm, charismatic, and confident engaging with parents, pupils, and staff
*Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
*Skilled in content creation, social media management, and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud)
*Experienced in marketing, communications, or customer-focused roles (education experience is an advantage but not essential)
*Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting children and education
*Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
