Job Description:
Recruiting an experienced Strategic People Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a senior, high-impact role partnering with Corporate Functions to drive people strategy, organisational effectiveness and cultural alignment. Based in Birmingham, the role requires 2-3 days onsite each week (ideally Tuesday-Thursday). The contract sits inside IR35 and pays £523 per day, with an immediate start following the interview process.

Description
You will work closely with senior leaders across Corporate Functions to shape and deliver a forward-looking people agenda. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making, supporting transformation initiatives and helping leaders build high-performing teams.
*Partner with Corporate Function leaders to define and execute the people strategy
*Lead workforce planning, organisational design and talent initiatives
*Support transformation activity, including M&A, TUPE, and cultural change
*Drive performance, leadership development, and succession planning
*Use data and insights to shape decision-making and measure impact
*Play a key role in organisational effectiveness across G&A / corporate teams
Profile
*Proven experience as a senior HRBP or Strategic People Partner in fast-paced, complex environments
*Strong influencing skills with experience partnering at C-Suite level
*Experience within technology environments or PE-backed organisations
*Commercial, strategic, and able to operate as a true partner
*Experienced in change, restructures, and M&A/TUPE
*Personable, pragmatic, and able to build trust quickly
