A fantastic employer on the outskirts of Ipswich currently seeking a talented Design & Production Executive in this newly created post. Joining an established team of two design execs you will receive on the job training and the opportunity to professionally develop.
As a Design & Production Executive, you will be responsible for producing accurate, production-ready designs that meet customer specifications and uphold the highest standards of professionalism. You will also create basic CAD drawings and renders to support proposals and approvals, ensuring that your visuals enhance customer understanding and drive sales progression.
In this fast paced role, you will have the opportunity to maintain and improve design templates, issue customer proofs, manage revisions, and secure timely approvals. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of proof cycles and the overall visual consistency and professionalism of the product range. Additionally, during quieter production periods, you will provide ad-hoc marketing design support, ensuring that all marketing materials align with brand standards and are delivered on time.
To excel in this role, you will need strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, and experience in design, artworking, or layout-focused production roles. A working knowledge of CAD is preferred but not essential. Your keen eye for layout, alignment, and visual consistency, coupled with excellent planning and prioritisation skills, will set you apart. Clear and confident communication, the ability to stay composed under pressure, and a proactive approach in challenging situations are also crucial.
This is a full time position based on site five days a week, with good benefits and a profit share bonus.
