Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team: We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Team Leader to lead this new team working with Pharmaceutical accounts, using Native Sabre from a TMC background to work within a well-established UK travel management team. Remote based, paying £50-53K

Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team, Responsibilities:
*Lead and support a globally dispersed team with daily line and performance management
*Ensure all team members consistently follow processes and standards operating procedures
*To act as the primary point of contact for both client and internal escalations
*Conduct regular team and individual one to one meetings
*Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for Healthcare professionals inline with industry regulations
Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team, Skills Required:
*Varied role that requires a Team Lead with strong leadership skills who can influence, mentor and guide a team
*Previous background within a TMC as a Team Leader or Supervisor, working experience specifically on Pharma Accounts required
*Native Sabre experience, with an understanding of re-issues, exchanges and changes.
*Strong understanding of corporate and Pharma travel policy and compliance
*Detail-driven, organised and process-focused
*A collaborative team player with a strong client service mindset
Additional Information:
*£50,000–£53,000 salary (DOE)
*Remote based role
