Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor
*Job Type: Temporary (4 weeks)
*Location: Norwich
*Dates: 16th March - 10th April
*Salary: £12.21, increasing to £12.71 on 1st April
We are seeking Customer Service Advisors for a temporary position lasting 4 weeks. This role involves handling triage calls, requiring commitment throughout the specified period. Ideal candidates should be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Handle incoming triage calls efficiently and professionally.
*Provide accurate information and support to callers.
*Maintain high standards of customer service at all times.
*Document calls and follow up as necessary to ensure resolution.
*Work collaboratively with team members to manage call volumes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in a customer service role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
*Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
*Commitment to the full duration of the temporary contract.
Shifts:
*Shift patterns include: 8am-6pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm.
*Candidates must be available to work 2 out of the 4 weekends, possibly only 1.
