Our client is based in Southampton and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team is looking for additional support.
Description
*Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
*Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
*Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to stakeholders.
*Communicate with clients to address overdue payments professionally.
*Maintain accurate records of transactions and correspondence.
*Support the Accounting & Finance team in achieving departmental goals.
*Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
*Collaborate with other departments to resolve account issues.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Experience in a similar role within the Accounting & Finance field.
*Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
