Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency, is seeking a self-employed sales valuer to cover the Diss/Thetford area, with a view to opening your very own estate agency!
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
*On Target Earnings: £50,000 first year, £60,000 - £80,000 second year – uncapped!
*Personal Allowance/Business Mileage

To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
*Entrepreneurial mindset
*Strong local knowledge

*Must hold a full driver’s license
*Experience conducting valuations and generating new business
As a Sales Vauer, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
*Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
*Provide accurate market valuations for clients
