Role OverviewAre you a dedicated support professional with a passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning? We are looking for an EHCP Support Worker to join our secondary school team in Blackpool.
This is a specialised role focused on the 1:1 delivery of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). You will be the primary support for a student with complex SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs, ensuring they have the stability and guidance required to succeed in a mainstream setting.
Key Responsibilities*Individualised Support: Deliver 1:1 interventions as prescribed by the student’s EHCP targets.

*De-escalation: Use trauma-informed strategies to manage challenging moments with a calm, professional approach.

What We Are Looking For*Experience: Previous experience working with EHCPs in a secondary school, PRU, or residential care setting.
