Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Administrator to support commercial teams and keep sales operations running smoothly across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is all about execution, accuracy, and excellent customer service. You’ll manage orders, maintain clean CRM data, support account managers, and deliver proactive communication that helps drive strong customer relationships and efficient internal workflows.

Role Responsibilities Include:
Order Processing & Customer Support
- Manage end-to-end order processing
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing & Logistics for accurate lead times
- Proactively update customers on delays or changes
- Handle queries on pricing, MOQs, availability & delivery
- Produce order documents (invoices, delivery notes, batch info)
CRM & Data Management (HubSpot)
- Maintain accurate customer/prospect records
- Keep data clean to support reporting & segmentation
- Update product lists, pricing & contract info
- Generate sales and pipeline reports
Sales Team Support
- Coordinate and track sample requests
- Support tracking of key opportunities and follow-ups
- Manage calendars, sales meetings & post-visit admin
Outbound Sales Activity
- Make prospecting calls to qualify new leads
- Follow up on marketing-generated enquiries
- Log notes, next steps & follow-ups in HubSpot
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident making outbound calls and speaking with customers
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and order processing
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Logistics, Compliance, and Commercial teams
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, vaping, or regulated products is beneficial but not essential
